ZnZi Tech (operated by ZnZi Tech LLC, "ZnZi Tech", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This page explains what information we collect through znzitech.com and how we use it.
When you place an order, we ask for your name, phone number, delivery address, and optionally your email and order notes. This information is sent directly to us via WhatsApp or email when you submit the checkout form. Most orders are confirmed manually and paid for outside the site (cash on delivery, mobile banking, or bank transfer, as agreed with you when we confirm your order).
Where a "Card" payment option is offered at checkout, card details are entered directly on Stripe's own secure payment page, not on znzitech.com — we never see, collect, or store your full card number. Stripe processes that payment on our behalf; see Stripe's Privacy Policy for how they handle payment data.
Your shopping cart (the items you've added before checkout) is stored locally in your own browser using standard web storage, not on our servers. It stays on your device and is cleared if you clear your browser's site data.
We use the details you provide only to confirm, process, and deliver your order, and to contact you about that order (for example, delivery updates or a question about your address). If you subscribe to our newsletter, we use your email to send you product updates and offers — you can unsubscribe at any time.
We do not sell your personal information. We share order details only with the courier or delivery partner needed to ship your order to you.
